You can book your classes directly online via our website. Simply select your activity from the activities page, choose the participants’ skill level and your preferred dates, then click “Book.” A window will appear for you to enter the participants’ details; once completed, you will be prompted to pay for your booking.

Payment is made securely on our website at the time of booking. We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as payments via Apple Pay.

Yes

Our booking system allows you to select multiple participants for a class or activity at our school. Once you have selected the desired level and dates, simply click “Book,” and you will be able to enter the participants’ details.

Our group lessons and courses often span multiple days (simply select your preferred format when booking). To do this, once you have chosen the level and dates, click “Book” to access the participant details section. There, you will find the various durations and options available for the course, lesson, or activity. Depending on your selection and availability, you can choose the number of days you prefer.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during school holidays and peak periods. This ensures a wider choice of dates, times, and course types.

Depending on the ski school, your child can start skiing from the age of 2.5 in private coaching and 4 in group lessons.

The criteria for earning each level and the skills required can be found on our Medals page. Feel free to ask your ski school.

Children pick up skiing techniques without even realizing it, thanks to games specially designed for them, whether in the children’s ski area or on slopes tailored to their needs.

Your child needs a ski outfit, a helmet, ski equipment (no poles), goggles and/or sunglasses, sunscreen, disposable tissues, and a snack in their pocket.

If the children’s ski area is located within the resort itself, no lift pass is required. Once the child is able to ski independently, the instructor will let you know the day before they move out of the beginners’ area so that you can purchase a pass for the remainder of the week.

Don’t panic; the instructor is a professional accustomed to these situations, so you should:

• leave the child in the instructor’s care at the meeting point and avoid staying with them for too long.
• avoid letting the child see you.
• avoid contact until the lesson is over.

A maximum of 6 people per instructor in the children’s area. A maximum of 8 people per instructor on the slopes.

Regardless of weather conditions, lessons will take place as long as the ski lifts are open.

Note: In bad weather, please dress yourself and/or your children accordingly.

Yes, our ESi instructors speak other languages: English, Italian, Spanish.

The lift pass is not included with the purchase of ski lessons.

You need to purchase a pass at the resort’s lift ticket offices.

Some ski schools have agreements in place and can offer passes at preferential rates; be sure to ask about this.

Yes, liability insurance is mandatory

to cover on-piste and off-piste rescue services in the event of an accident or illness.

It is best to visit the office the day before lessons begin

so that the administrative staff can provide the children’s bibs and verify or confirm your registration.

Each ski school has its own organizational setup, details of which are provided to you before your arrival.
