An appropriate skiing level
This activity requires a solid command of skiing or snowboarding as well as suitable physical preparation. Your guide will also help you read the terrain and raise your awareness of the specific characteristics of the winter mountain environment.

Ski pass and equipement
Ski touring requires specialized gear: lightweight skis, specific boots and bindings, adjustable poles, and crucially, climbing skins, which allow you to ascend without sliding backward.
Lift passes and ski equipment are not included in the price of the ski touring/splitboarding outing. Please arrange these separately before meeting your instructor.

- A ski pass valid for the age group and area used during the lesson
- Ski touring skis or a splitboard
- Climbing skins
- Suitable, comfortable boots
- A helmet
- Warm, waterproof gloves or mittens
- Ski goggles
- Warm, waterproof clothing
